The iSensi laboratory, located within our winery, was created as an experimental space — a place where different languages can be welcomed and transformed into shared experiences. This vocation, suspended between creativity and method, has made its new role a natural evolution: becoming a certified venue for WSET courses organized by Veni Vidi Vini, the school founded by Enrico Donati.

Enrico is among the most respected figures in wine education in Italy. With Veni Vidi Vini, he has built a center of expertise that combines international teaching, consultancy, and outreach. His work is rooted in a clear conviction: to tell the story of wine, one must master its global language, and only through education can a new generation of professionals be created, able to move without borders.

In this sense, the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) represents the most recognized global standard. Founded in London in 1969, it is now active in over 70 countries and is considered the world’s leading educational platform for those who wish to pursue a path in wine and spirits. Its programs, structured in progressive levels, combine methodological rigor, sensory analysis, and a shared international technical vocabulary.

The choice of iSensi as a venue for these courses is no coincidence: the laboratory thus confirms itself not only as a place of creative experimentation but also as a recognized educational hub, where knowledge and experience naturally converge.

In the coming days, we will announce the calendar of the first WSET sessions to be held at iSensi. It will be an opportunity to open our doors to all those who wish to embark on a journey of excellence in wine education, joining a global community that speaks the language of wine with both competence and passion.
